Returning empty cartridges
When returning empty cartridges, we arrange to collect them – please email us at [email protected], or phone 046 907 5430. Please store your empty cartridges safely in their original packaging, and return them as such. Our remanufacturing process relies upon good quality undamaged empty cartridges. Please don’t write or mark anywhere on the packaging outside of the space provided for empties, as we reuse our boxes to reduce waste. Cartridge remanufacturing
Remanufactured cartridges are in fact original cartridges that we have re-manufactured – we replace any parts that are worn (springs, cogs, etc.), and replace/refill the toner inside the cartridge, giving you multiple uses out of your cartridge and saving you from throwing out your cartridge when it goes empty.
